Greenspire works directly with the local utilities, communications, and lending companies facilitating multiple home savings programs.     Responsibilities

    What we’re looking for:

    The IT Systems (CRM Developer) will be responsible for providing IT support throughout the office. They will also lead efforts to streamline, customize, and enhance our online CRM system (Zoho). This person will have excellent technical skills, a keen sense of innovation, and the ability to turn ideas into functional solutions.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Consult on cross-functional projects to ensure CRM principles are incorporated
    • Manage CRM application suite enhancements
    • Work directly with sales team and management to build and develop CRM solutions
    • Offer skillful IT support as needed

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering required
    • 1-2+ years’ experience with CRM architecture and strategy preferred (ideally with Zoho)
    • Displayed ability to manage multiple strategic projects simultaneously
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
