Home Savings Programs partners with the world’s leading companies through its customized marketing, sales and analytics platforms.  As we continue to grow, we are consistently in need of new leadership at both the district and regional managers.  We provide an extensive cycle of develop to train new management trainees into successful District Managers, with the push toward continued advancement.

Responsibilities

To become a District Marketing Manager, most candidates must first complete our management training program within the marketing department. This program enables a talented individual to enter this field with an industry-leading company and progress into a management position in a very rapid, but calculated manner. To be an effective manager, you must first understand the responsibilities of the employees working under and around you. Our management training program requires that the future manager experiences all levels within the marketing department, progressing based on performance, development and ability to learn. This begins with entry-level direct marketing and progresses on to learning training techniques, operations, the enrollment process, human resources, and territory and team management. Once completing the cycle of development, the District Manager will be placed in a territory and will be responsible for running a marketing team and managing all day-to-day field operations.

Qualifications

-Comfortable interacting with potential clients

-Ability to correctly explain the functionality of the programs and services offered

-Strong communication skills with clients, team members and management

-Ability to learn information provided through training and mentorship

-Punctuality, reliability, and strong work ethic

-Ability to meet and exceed goals and expectations as an individual and in a team environment

-Previous management experience is preferred, but not necessarily required

-B.A/B.S degree is preferred
