To continue this growth, we are currently looking for more talented individuals we can quickly develop into sales managers at the district level.


    Our Program Facilitators/Sales Consultants are trained professionals who directly advise homeowners on what their best options are in lowering their utility costs. These representatives will be provided on-the-job training to gain the knowledge and ability to accurately consult with clients. This position will involve running company-provided appointments and doing incremental prospecting. Each day the Program Facilitator will perform an energy audit on the client’s home, analyze this data and subsequently direct the homeowner on which program will end up creating the most net savings within their home. This is an outside, sales-based position, that provides the opportunity to give back to our communities while also earning a high income.



    Most importantly, we are currently looking for individuals we can quickly train and promote into management.  A District Manager in the Sales department is responsible for training and managing a team of Program Facilitators.  This includes: assisting operations with route management, overseeing milestones and pipeline management, managing KPIs and district-level goals, and shaddowing representatives in homes.

    -Ability to work effectively individually and with a team

    -Drive to meet and exceed goals in order to progress in the company

    -Management or training experience is a plus
