The Talent Acquisition Specialist (or "recruiter") is critical to the growth and success of the company. He/she will be responsible for undesrtanding the business (thorough training is provided) and hiring primarily marketing and sales personnel to execute company goals and initiatives. This TAS will start by heading a small office location in North Orange County and will be focused on building the marketing and sales teams in that area, along with the support of District Managers, the VP of Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development, and the rest of the TAS team. The right person will be given the opportunity to advance to a Senior TAS level, and even possibly Regional Management. This position requires an aggressive mentality, high volume of interviewing and excellent inter-personal skills.
The TAS will start off by making a combination of hourly and attainable high bonuses.
