To continue this growth, we are currently looking for more talented individuals we can training to identify and place in appropriate roles in the company.


    The Talent Acquisition Specialist (or "recruiter") is critical to the growth and success of the company.  He/she will be responsible for undesrtanding the business (thorough training is provided) and hiring primarily marketing and sales personnel to execute company goals and initiatives.  This TAS will start by heading a small office location in North Orange County and will be focused on building the marketing and sales teams in that area, along with the support of District Managers, the VP of Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development, and the rest of the TAS team.  The right person will be given the opportunity to advance to a Senior TAS level, and even possibly Regional Management.  This position requires an aggressive mentality, high volume of interviewing and excellent inter-personal skills.


    • Experience in recruiting, sales, or direct marketing 
    • Ability to communicate with and undesrtand people in an interview setting 
    • Commute to North Orange County office Monday-Friday 9am-6pm
    • Desire to meet and exceed goals and expectations
    • Ability to work both individually and in a team envrionment
    • Participate in an active and fun company culture
